Apply to Apparition

Apparition is a low-profile progression focused guild that understands that WoW is still, above all, a game. Many of the people inside the guild were former "hard core" raiders that are still focused on end game content, but don't want to spend 6 hours a night 5-6 nights a week running it. As such, Apparition currently raids three nights a week (Wednesday/Thursday/Monday) from 7:30pm - 11:00pm** server time. Yes, we do run shorter hours than most progression guilds, and as such we expect our raiders to be on time and focused. We do expect that our raiders make close to all our raids.

What we look for in a candidate

• Maturity
• A solid and demonstrable understanding of their class
• Accepts constructive criticism and is co-operative
• A need to excel and be the best they can be.
• Naxx 10/25 gear is not a pre-requisite - *although* - applicants who have demonstrated a desire to run heroics to gear the best they can, or who show that they understand itemization for the class will have an edge.

While Apparition does fund learning nights on new bosses/content, it is expected that the raider comes prepared to a raid with full raid consumables (flasks, elixirs, food). Repeated failures to come to a raid prepared can see a raider lose their raider rank. We are looking for team members, not people looking for a free ride.
